Moorways Sports Village and Water Park offers a great range of exciting activities to keep you and your family active.

Moorways Water Park is, perhaps, the jewel in its crown and an amazing family destination. It’s here you’ll be able to enjoy the centre’s headline features such as the two 100m flumes, as well as a beach-style leisure pool which hosts a wave generating ‘Wow’ ball. Other attractions include a racer multi-slide where you can race your friends and family, a wave rider, and water playground with mini-slides for the little ones.

There are two further pools at Moorways, including a 50 metre main pool with a movable floor, and a learner pool with sensory lighting and a portable iSwim hoist, providing younger swimmers with the perfect place to try the water for the first time, and take part in Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons. The swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified, and swimming lessons are available for any age from just four months old.

As well as the amazing Water Park, Moorways Sports Village offers a great range of exciting activities to keep you and your family active. There are family and sensory swimming sessions plus Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lesson programme that’s suitable for babies and children, starting from just four months old. There’s also a great soft play centre to help burn off some of their energy, or if you fancy something a bit quieter there’s adult & baby yoga sessions too.

• Sensory swimming sessions for families to build water confidence in a calm environment, available 7 days a week
• Family swimming with floats and toys in the learner pool or main pool, available 7 days a week
• Adult and Baby Yoga – Fridays 09:30 – 10:30
• Children’s Swimming Lessons, available from 4 months old – a wide range of lesson times throughout the week.

Our award-winning baby first aid class offers parent’s the skills and confidence to help their children in an emergency situation. Our classes cover newborn babies all the way up to children of 18 years old.

Classes are relaxed, fun and practical and will give you hands-on training for a variety of situations where time can make all the difference. You can choose to come to our venue class or arrange a class in your home and we’ll come to you!
